Profit is important, doors need to be kept open, lights need to be kept on, but the tech sector has become wildly out of balance with almost complete focus on unsustainable growth. Ethos is founded by individuals who care about leaving the world in a better state when we're gone, and so we intentionally chose not to seek any sort of investment from venture firms or other sources. We're passionate about Non-Profit technology and we want to ensure our priority is serving our customers, not growth targets set by an outside investor.
